Responsibilities Challenges
  •  As an application support  officer you are the person in the middle between first line support, the business and the IT suppliers.

  • You manage to give for every application problem a direction of solution.

  • You have knowledge about new technology, you are experienced in SQL and you are able to explain an IT problem  in a human way. 

  •  Train and guide end users

  • You will together with the team validating each feature developed by external parties.

  • Technical skils: 

    Knowledge of technology

     and SQL

  • Improve/ design procedures and policies

  • Research new and interesting technology that could be of use 

  • Language: English

  • Combination of Microsoft and Apple technologies
  • Evolving IT infrastructure
  • Combination of day-to-day support with project activity

  • a degree in computer science
  • 3-5 years’ experience in supporting an organization in his functional support
  • Industry experience is critical
  • Experience with Scrum is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL is a must

  • Thorough working proficiency in English. Any other language is an asset.
