Challenges

  • Drive organizational Performance, Productivity, Efficiency and Profitability
  • Ensure the organization is fit for future in resources, talent and skills
  • Work with the executive team to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
  • Partner with executive team to grow amfori, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability
  • Contribute to the establishment and implement the organization’s business plan.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage amfori resource deployment and its staff.
  • Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale
  • Ensure financial excellence for growth through management, planning, systems and controls, and organizing fiscal compliance
  • Ensure quality operations management in amfori by finding the optimized processes for the people who have to get the work done
  • Manage and increase effectiveness and efficiency of the amfori functions through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
  • Creating an empowering work environment to maximize and align workforce efforts and overall team productivity
  • The Vice President Corporate Affairs needs to ensure the Performance, Productivity, Efficiency and Profitability of amfori in its delivery of the organization’s vision of “Trade with Purpose”
  • The Vice President Corporate Affairs leads pro-actively the organization to ensure best practice, governance and compliance with all external requirements upon amfori.
  • The Vice President Corporate Affairs must be an inspirational executive to inspire the organization and promote great performance and positive morale. He/She is the Keeper of the “Organizational Culture”
