On 3 October 2018, amfori will host a Nordic Seminar 'Growing Sustainable Supply Chains in Food and Primary Production' in Stockholm, Sweden.
Embedding sustainable food practices is high on the agenda of all food retailers. With a population set to hit 9 billion by 2050, the stakes are high to feed the future generations and maintain a global environmental equilibrium. For amfori members this means establishing sustainable production and sourcing methods.
With a wealth of resources and opportunities available to support companies in driving sustainability in food supply chains, this workshop aims to:
- Provide expert insights into global food supply chains trends - from primary production all the way to the consumer
- Showcase leading programmes and frameworks to support sustainable food supply chains
