Overview

In collaboration with International Labour Organisation, amfori is pleased to moderate a discussion panel at the Building a Decent Green Workplace in Asian Supply Chains Online Forum.  The Forum is part of the master programme of the United Nation Responsible Business and Human Rights Forum Asia Pacific scheduled for May 28th to June 4th.  The immersive multi-stakeholder discussions will cover 46 sessions on a wide range of topics, over 70 hours of content, over 200 speakers representing all stakeholders, over 30 partner organisations contributing to the forum programme, and will provide multilingual interpretations in designated sessions.

This is a very important regional platform to showcase best practices by brands and supply chain actors in driving decent Asian supply chains.  This year, it is amfori’s pleasure to have Joyce Chau, our Director APAC to moderate the panel that is formed by 5 distinguished speakers:

- Mr Chris Humphrey, Executive Director, EU-ASEAN Business Council

- Dr Cristina Martinez, Senior Specialist on Environment & Decent Work and Asia Pacific

Coordinator for Green Jobs, ILO Regional Office for Asia Pacific, Bangkok

- Mr Brian Ho, Partner of Climate and Sustainability Services, Ernst & Young

- Dr Chan Chi-wai Percy, Quality Director, GP Batteries International Limited (GPBI)

- Mr Julian Grant, General Manager – Commercial Operations, Grant Studios
