amfori has introduced multiple channels of support for its members to ensure a smooth migration.
To ensure members have quick access to all information regarding the amfori Sustainability Platform, a dedicated webpage has been created on the amfori website. This webpage hosts news articles, information on migration and links to relevant resources - including an FAQ document, which aims to answer the most common questions about the Platform.
The amfori Academy is where members and their business partners can find:
- step-by-step guidance on how to work on the new platform (in 4 languages)
- guidance videos
- info-kits and training guides for business partners (in 9 languages)
- recordings of all webinars
Since February 2020, amfori Secretariat has conducted member webinars to:
- introduce new features
- give quick “how-to” tutorials
- answer member questions
- receive member feedback
